First of all am grateful that i started My Journey with team Akhilasoukhya.Am started my journey with them one month before for PCOD with Lots of stress . But now am really thankful for Biji Mam for understanding my issues and motivating me to overcome these issues . Dr. Biji is a very patient and friendly doctor. She diagnosed my issue within a 30 min call. She asked very relevant questions and came to a conclusion that boosting immunity is very important in my case. So folks, it's not only about weight loss or PCOD/ PCOS but building a strong immunity is extremely important too. It took me years to learn this after having faced with Jaundice, Dengue, covid etc during my lifetime. It's important to realize that even if you think you are doing everything right as patients, doctors at Akhilasoukhya prepare a well organized diet and yoga chart for your personalized case such that you can remain healthy for lifetime not temporarily. Thanking you for your service. Im glad that I found akhilasoukhya through Instagram. Iam diagnosed by pcos since 2012 till 2022. But now after consulting with akhilasoukhya team, iwas guided by Dr.kavya and now by Dr.Biji and Dr.shafiya, the doctors are amazing.
